3 Account Registration

Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, they will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

3.3 Updating Information

If the mobile number, email address or other information provided at registration changes, please update your profile promptly or notify the support team. The user bears responsibility for any transaction issues arising from incorrect information.

4 Age Verification and Identity

bet2222 does not allow anyone under 21 years of age to create an account or use gaming services. Identity documents and proof of age may be requested as part of the KYC process at registration or before a withdrawal.

4.1 Required Documents

• Passport (for those residing abroad)
• Confirmation of mobile banking account ownership (matching the payment method used)

4.2 Verification Rejection

If a user fails identity verification or provides false information, the account will be suspended or permanently closed. Whether the balance is returned in such cases will be at bet2222's discretion.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

bet2222 currently accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including major banks such as BRAC Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank).

5.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (all methods)
• The deposit account must be registered in the user's own name; deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Funds generally take a few minutes to be credited to the account; contact the support team for any delays.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit, unless another arrangement has been made.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bet2222 provides promotional bonus offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and users must comply with those terms.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200. Before withdrawing this bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 15 times (i.e. ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000).

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may not be used more than once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible once the wagering requirement has been met.
• It may not be possible to activate another bonus while a bonus offer is already active.
• bet2222 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Attempts to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account closure.

6.3 VIP Cashback

The bet2222 VIP programme has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier as a fixed percentage of net losses: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold and 1.0% at Platinum. Example: a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activities on bet2222. Compliance with these rules is mandatory for all members.

7.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

bet2222 reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet. The right to cancel bets placed at abnormal odds due to technical errors or mistakes is reserved.

7.2 Match Result Determination

In sports betting, results are determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports authority. If a match or event is incomplete, bet2222 will settle bets in accordance with the applicable rules.

7.3 Live Casino and Slots

Casino game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) and audited by third-party auditors. The rules for each game are shown in that game's interface.

7.4 Multi Bet

Multi bets covering several events are allowed. However, if even one selection loses, the entire multi bet is lost. Example: placing a multi bet on three selections at odds of 1.40, 1.60 and 1.70 gives combined odds of 1.40 × 1.60 × 1.70 = 3.81 (approximately); a ৳100 stake returns ৳381 if all win — but if even one loses, the full ৳100 is lost.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet2222 platform and immediate action will be taken if detected:

• Creating multiple accounts or using third-party accounts
• Concealing identity or providing false information to obtain bonus benefits
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to gain an unfair advantage
• Participating in collusive fraud or match fixing
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's software or systems
• Harassing or defrauding other members

If such activities are detected, bet2222 may close the account, forfeit the associated balance and reserves the right to take legal action.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

bet2222 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification or the KYC process
• Extended period of account inactivity
• Legal or security requirements

9.1 Voluntary Closure

9.2 Balance Refund

If an account is not closed by bet2222 (i.e. not due to a breach of terms), the cash balance at the time of closure will be returned via the previously used payment method. Bonus balances are not refunded.

10 Limitation of Liability

bet2222 works to ensure reliable and uninterrupted service on its platform. However, bet2222 will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• Service disruption caused by internet connectivity or device-related issues
• If there is a problem with a third-party game provider's server
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to a natural disaster or legal reasons
• If a user's account information is accidentally disclosed to a third party

bet2222's maximum liability will be limited to the value of the transaction from which the claim arose. bet2222 will not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages.
